Effingham County Board Presents ARPA Purchased Van to CSS
Effingham County Board Chairman, Joshua Douthit presented keys to a new van purchased by Effingham County through ARPA funding.
Peter Niccum and Andy Kistler from Community Support Systems (CSS) along with three CSS clients, Kevin Deters, Jerry Carr, and Jaime Mendenhall, were available to accept the keys on behalf of their organization.
Joshua Douthit expressed the County Board’s gratitude in the ability to assist in the mission of CSS providing opportunities for employment and self-empowerment for the community members it serves.
Andy Kistler shared appreciation for the action of the board in the van purchase, stating “Actions speak louder than words.”
