Frances Arnold Honored for 21 Years of Service


At tonight’s Effingham County Board meeting the Board passed a resolution honoring and thanking Frances Arnold for her twenty-one years of dedicated services to the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office. She recently retired from the Sheriff’s Office after serving as an Office Deputy, where she was in charge of managing official records. Frances was present at the meeting and received a Certificate of Appreciation and a clock with an engraved plaque.

Sheriff Kuhns added that, “Frances has been a conscientious, loyal employee, who will be greatly missed.”
