Norbert Soltwedel

District A, Norbert Soltwedel

Norbert is an Effingham High School and a University of Illinois College of Agriculture graduate.  He shares a desire for good government and the belief that it is our civic duty to get involved in our local communities.   Norbert expresses a goal of studying local issues and working to ensure responsible spending, reasonable regulations, and essential services while working together as a nine member board; not always agreeing but never becoming disagreeable.
