Mike Buzzard

Mike is a graduate of Altamont High School and attended the University of Illinois, returning to the family farm prior to graduating.  He is now retired from farming.

Mike feels the best assurance of successful government at any level is participation by its citizens.  He believes his service on various boards and committees has not only enhanced said organizations, but also provided him with invaluable insight to make wise decisions.  He appreciates the opportunity to represent his district and welcomes the challenge to put in the effort required to improve our already successful, progressive county.
