Bio:
District I, Jeremy Deters–Chairman of the Reports Committee. Jeremy is a Teutopolis High School and Eastern Illinois University graduate. In 2001, Jeremy retired from the Illinois Army National Guard and wished to continue civil service. Jeremy states he believes in the importance of community involvement and has the experience and commitment to contribute to the County Board. His goals are to maintain a transparent, ethical and prosperous local government. He feels Effingham County has many exciting opportunities available to it and is excited to be a part of promoting continued growth and success for his constituents.
