District D, David Campbell-Vice Chairman of the Board. Dave is a Lake Land College graduate and has been the owner/operator of Ad Works Publishing, Inc. since 1985. Dave states he choose county government to contribute in providing a solid foundation for Effingham County and ensuring the county is a better place to live for everyone including our children, grandchildren, and future generations. Continuing economic development and housing efforts along with protecting our 2nd Amendment and Rights for the Unborn in Effingham County are some goals for Dave. He also sees continued networking with other counties a necessity to show strength in numbers on various issues that affect all residents of the State of Illinois.
