Online Land Records Search
Effingham County Recorder’s office has launched our new web-based application that allows for remote access to documents recorded in our office.
Currently our indexes for recorded documents are available from 1987 for all data and document images are available from Sept. 25, 2001.
As always you are more than welcome to stop by our office and search our records at no charge. Our office is open to the public Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We have 4 public access workstations that are available. Copies are $1.00 per page.

A charge per search designed for the occasional/infrequent user.
All you need is a web browser for 24 X 7 access to Effingham County Land records. Tapestry allows for both pay-as-you-go access and an open account payment plan.
When searching by name use the format LASTNAME FIRSTNAME one space and no commas. You may search by document number NOT book/page.

An account based search designed for users who consistently search in Effingham County.
