Public Health Nurse
Full-time
Mon- Fri
Performs registered nursing duties as established by policies and procedures set forth by the USDA/Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program, the Family Case Management (FCM) program, the Adverse Pregnancy Outcomes Reporting System (APORS) Program, Genetics, Immunizations, the Lead Program, Communicable Disease Program, and the State of Illinois.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse license,
- Proficient computer skills
- Preferred: current CPR certification, phlebotomy skills
