IDFPR Announces Grants for Cemetery Relief
The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) has released information on available grant funding to assist in the restoration of abandoned and neglected cemeteries with a grant value of up to $20,000.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a local unit of government (city, county, township) or a not-for-profit organization (including cemetery authorities)
- Apply by completing and submitting application. Deadline for application is October 24, 2025. *application can be found in attachment.
- Funding available for application annually
