Effingham County Delinquent Real Estate Taxes – 2024 due and payable in 2025

Public notice is hereby given that I, Deborah K. Ruholl, County Collector of Effingham County of the state aforesaid, shall apply to the Circuit Court on December 16, 2025, judgment against the below listed lands and lots for taxes, special assessments, interest and cost due severally thereon; and for an order to sell said lands and lots for satisfaction thereof and for a judgment fixing the correct amount of any taxes paid under protest. Also, on the 18th day of December, 2025 all the lands and lots for sale for which an order shall be exposed to Public Sale at the County Treasurer Office, in the County Building at 11:00 A.M. the amount of taxes, special assessments, interest and cost due thereon. Tax buyers must register 10 business days prior to sale.
