DESCRIPTION:The Economic Development Advisory Board meets the first Tuesday of every month at 12:00pm in the Boardroom on the 3rd floor of the Effingham County Building. \nThe Economic Development Advisory Board regulates the Effingham County Revolving Loan Fund Program\, a unique\, locally controlled source of fixed-rate\, flexible business development financing to enhance a bright future for Effingham County. \nRevolving Loan Fund Program proceeds may be used for both fixed asset and working capital purposes including: \n\nLand Acquisition\, Building Purchases\nOn-Site Improvements & New Construction\nRenovation\, Expansion or Modernization of Existing Facilities\nAcquisition or Repair\, Shipment & Installation of Machinery & Equipment\nOffice Furniture\, Fixtures & Equipment\n\nRevolving Loan Fund Brochure \n
