DESCRIPTION:The Childcare Research Committee meets the second Tuesday of every month at 12:00pm. \nThe Childcare Research Committee currently has two (2) programs: \n\nChildcare Gap Scholarship – This scholarship was developed to assist in providing financial assistance to families who\, due to income level\, do not qualify for the Illinois Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP)\, but yet are unable to afford childcare.\n\nEffingham County Childcare Scholarship Application \n\nChildcare Increased Capacity Program – This program was developed to assist in the rebuilding and increase in childcare capacity through strategic business planning for childcare providers in Effingham County.\n\n*Both programs are funded through Effingham County ARPA Funding
